Availability
All goods are sold subject to availability. If an item is out of stock for whatever reason we will only ship the available goods and the remainder of your order will be despatched within 7 working days and any additional postage will be at a cost to ourselves. We will not substitute products without contacting you first.
Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on the web site on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the web site are quoted in Pounds Sterling and must be paid for in full including packing and delivery charges before despatch.
Ordering
We will treat each order of goods which is confirmed when you click on the 'Confirm Order' button in the purchase screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions
We shall supply you subject to availability with the quantity and the specification of goods set out in your order. We shal confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Payment is authorised immediately upon the successful transaction of your card details.
Discounts
Exceptions to our discounts are clearly listed on the home page if our system wrongly deducts money from your order you will still be required to pay the full amount.
Delivery
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver promptly but cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failing to deliver promptly, factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control .We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. All goods are sent Next Day Delivery and must be signed for. Shipping prices are quoted on the quoted on the checkout process. Damage or loss shall be passed to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Returns Policy
Protech Shocks wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel, and that the goods together with the original invoice are returned to Protech Shocks in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice within 7 working days after the day of delivery.
A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address without it. The cost of posting the goods back to us must be wholly covered by the customer and not ourselves. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you. You must take good care of the goods while they are in your possession. Protech Shocks will repay you the value of the goods without any further charge to you once they have been received at our address in good condition.

Damaged or defective goods
If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective in any way you must inform us as soon as possible, stating the order number and the problem. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. The goods should be returned to Protech Shocks. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, then we will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.
Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods.
